The application may be sent in before, during or after the course.
How do I submit my application?
This is a two part process. First, you must apply to the state with a
fee of $144. After approval by the state, you may then apply to the state
approved test vendor Promissor call 1-800-255-1312 to enroll. (There
will be an additional charge of $45.50 by Promissor).

When I will be notified of passing the exam?
You will be notified immediately at the exam site.
License renewal period:
45 hours of post-licensing education is required during the first renewal period (18-24 months after
passing the state exam).
Continuing education:
Subsequently your license must be renewed every 2 years
by completing 14 hours of continuing education. You can maintain an
active or voluntary inactive license for life. Active salespersons
are individuals whom have placed their license with a real estate firm.
